Megan Campbell has been teaching and practicing Yoga for over six years. She has completed two separate 200 hour teacher trainings, one in Ottawa and the other in India. She recently completed an 800 hour Yoga Philosophy course through correspondence with one of her teachers, George Feuerstein. She currently resides and teaches in Ottawa, Ontario and focuses most of her energy on her popular women’s workshops, Journey of the Yogini. The workshops are intended to build a community of strong, like-minded women, as well as raise awareness for Care Canada’s "I Am Powerful" women's campaign, with whom she works closely. She continues to study with local and international teachers, and recently completed Off the Mat and Into the World leadership training with the intention of learning how to further ignite social activism in Ontario to help support national/international women's campigns. Travel and the people she meets along the journies inspire her, so she has also collaborated with the Canadian organization, Developing World Connections, to offer the very first Canadian Yoga In Action Adventure.
